Sunday Folk Co – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunday Folk Co. As all of our products are handmade and made to order, please read the following information regarding production and delivery before placing your order.

Processing Times

All Sunday Folk Co products are handmade to order.

Our standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed.

During busy periods, seasonal demand, holidays or due to circumstances outside of our control, production may take longer than estimated.

If your order is expected to take significantly longer than our estimated production time, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the shipping service selected at checkout.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched. They do not include our production time.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, Sunday Folk Co cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, Sunday Folk Co cannot accept responsibility for any delays, additional shipping costs or lost parcels.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information (where available) and contacting the courier directly.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the courier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product.
Clear photographs of the packaging.
Photographs of any visible damage.

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement in accordance with our Returns & Replacements Policy.

International Orders

Sunday Folk Co does not ship internationally yet.

While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee production or delivery by a specific date unless this has been agreed in writing prior to purchase.
